Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AI-driven platforms and solutions.
  • •Identify emerging business opportunities and transform them into commercially viable, ecosystem-driven products.
  • •Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and autonomous agent technologies, validating ideas through experimentation and prototyping.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to translate capabilities into enterprise-grade products, including orchestration, context management, memory, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution.
  • •Partner with Sales, GTM, alliances, and delivery teams to build business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, and sales assets tied to measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Product Management, digital products, platform strategy, innovation, or related roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • •Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology products and platform solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation (or digital transformation).
  • •Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
