GTC Operations Support Specialist

Assist with the preparation of self-directed IRA statements and IRS tax reporting, including verifying report accuracy for statement cycles and tax preparation files. Handle document imaging by scanning, quality checking, archiving, and indexing records. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, generate outgoing mail files for the printing vendor, and complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training on schedule.
