Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and engaging clients in courteous conversation while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls to check for client offers, identify needs/opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
