Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle with outside advisors and ensure compliance with statutory/internal deadlines for all required materials.
  • •Lead transfer pricing audit and litigation support and serve as the primary point of contact for tax inspectors and statutory auditors.
  • •Own transfer pricing support for quarterly group reporting and tax provision processes, including margin reviews, forecasting intercompany transactions, and related reserve analyses.
  • •Partner with business and finance stakeholders on regular intercompany margin reviews and act as point of contact for ad-hoc intercompany pricing questions and change requests.
  • •Develop, implement, and operationalize global transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements, including compliance monitoring and support for restructuring and M&A transfer pricing planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, economics, law, or related fields; professional tax qualification is a plus.
  • •Relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax, finance, or related advisory roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • •Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles, local file/master file requirements, Country-by-Country Reporting, intercompany agreements, and transfer pricing audit processes.
  • •Experience managing transfer pricing documentation cycles, advisor relationships, and statutory deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tax and non-tax stakeholders and translate findings into transfer pricing actions.
