  • •Develop and maintain enterprise Knowledge Management governance, standards, and best practices across engineering organizations.
  • •Manage archiving and retrieval of engineering documentation and safeguard critical certification-related documentation.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Digital Technology, and business stakeholders to improve accessibility, quality, and reuse of engineering knowledge and information.
  • •Support evaluation and implementation of AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve knowledge capture, organization, retrieval, and reuse.
  • •Support publishing of engineering documentation and technical releases, integrate KM capabilities into PLM and enterprise digital solutions, and facilitate change management and user adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •College/technical degree with 10+ years of experience, or university degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • •Field of study in Information Management, business, computer science, engineering, or management.
  • •Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach.
  • •Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Documentum and SharePoint, plus in-depth experience with MS Office.
