Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee job requisitions preparation and documentation aligned with workforce plans and business objectives.
  • •Lead project management strategies and delivery activities with Section Heads and Project Leads, ensuring projects complete efficiently and strategically.
  • •Manage multiple projects end-to-end including monitoring progress, schedule/budget control, change requests, and cost vs. budget reviews.
  • •Ensure compliant delivery through statutory/authorities compliance, quality/engineering standards, and contractor mitigation and acceleration planning support.
  • •Drive communication plans, resolve anomalies, support the commercial function across the client lifecycle, and consolidate reports for management review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction.
  • •PMP certification preferred.
  • •12–15+ years of experience with 8+ years in a senior leadership/project lead role managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
  • •Experience in construction management and project/program delivery, including developer-side experience (preferably 5+ years).
  • •Strong skills in project documentation, risk/issue/change management, budgeting, and stakeholder relationship management.
