Drive RevOps efficiency by serving as the frontline support for the Revenue Operations team, triaging requests, ensuring data quality across Salesforce and connected systems, and delivering reporting that informs GTM strategy. You will own dashboards, support territory planning, and help scale our modern GTM tech stack in a fast-growing, remote environment.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Operational Support & Ticket Management: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound RevOps requests, triage, route, and resolve Tier 1 issues across the tech stack.
•Data Quality & CRM Hygiene: Perform routine data audits and cleanup across Salesforce and connected systems; monitor data integrity across the pipeline and support territory management workflows.
•Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain RevOps dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools; build ad hoc reports to support QBRs and pipeline reviews; assist with forecasting and GTM analysis.
•Tooling & Process Documentation: Administer RevOps tools (Salesforce), manage access, QA new workflows, and document SOPs and system configurations.
•Required Qualifications (Must Demonstrate): 2–4 years of relevant experience; Salesforce experience; strong Excel/Sheets skills; high attention to detail; clear written communicator; self-starter; curiosity about GTM tech stack; experience with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role
•Hands-on Salesforce experience — comfortable navigating the platform, running reports, and making basic data updates (Admin certification a plus)
•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large data sets
•High attention to detail and strong organizational skills — you don't let things fall through the cracks
•Clear written communicator; able to translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
