Job Summary

Prepare financial, regulatory, and statistical reports for the SEB Group and supervisory authorities within the Baltic Shared Finance Centre. You will parameterize and update reporting packs, deliver reports to internal stakeholders and authorities, and support month-end closing activities. Partner with a cross-country finance team on reporting process improvements, optimization initiatives, and projects including One Baltic Bank, helping drive continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare financial, regulatory, and statistical reports according to SEB Group and supervisory requirements.
•Parameterize and update reports and drive optimization and effectiveness initiatives.
•Deliver reporting to the SEB Group, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
•Participate in month-end-closing activities within the assigned area.
•Support reporting-related projects and continuous improvement, including One Baltic Bank initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,700 - 3,900 monthly

Key Requirements

•University degree, preferably in economics, finance, or accounting.
•At least 2 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or audit.
•Understanding of accounting and reporting principles.
•Good computer skills, including MS Excel.
•Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English.
