Key Responsibilities

•Reviewing first-case notifications, alarms, trips, and performance deviations.
•Performing remote diagnostics across BMS, EMS, SCADA, PCS/inverters, PPC, HVAC, fire systems, switchgear, and communications systems.
•Supporting safe remote resets, restarts, return-to-service checks, and incident response.
•Coordinating with field teams, OEMs, asset owners, contractors, and internal O&M teams.
•Preparing technical reports, incident records, alarm summaries, and maintenance support information.

Key Requirements

•Technical qualification in electrical engineering, power systems, automation, renewables, or similar.
•Experience in BESS, renewables, power generation, substations, industrial maintenance, or electrical O&M.

•Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and support shift/on-call arrangements where required.
