Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate logistics for recurring in-person onboarding cohorts, including calendars, room reservations, materials, supplies, Slack groups, and welcome communications.
  • •Manage and review new-hire travel logistics, including booking follow-ups, out-of-policy flagging, spend limit requests, and hotel/travel coordination with T&E partners.
  • •Maintain organized onboarding details by tracking travel and attendance, updating internal resources, communicating changes to partners, and managing participant lists.
  • •Respond to onboarding and new-hire questions within Zendesk response times and route partner-team involvement when needed.
  • •Prepare onboarding spaces and support onboarding days and sessions; assist with planning and executing employee events and programs such as retreats, social hours, holiday parties, and offsites.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in onboarding, events, employee experience, HR, workplace experience, administrative support, or a related role.
  • •Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details at once.
  • •Clear, warm, and timely written and verbal communication across email, Slack, support tickets, and in-person interactions.
  • •Experience supporting planning and execution of events, meetings, onboarding programs, or other employee-facing experiences.
  • •Confidence speaking in front of groups and attention to detail for calendars, travel arrangements, participant lists, and program logistics.
