Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain employment and personal information in global HR systems (Oracle) and local systems to support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • •Conduct regular data audits to resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information and ensure data hygiene for payroll and audit purposes.
  • •Respond to HR data analytics and reporting requests from HRBP/COE teams and business leaders using Oracle, ServiceNow, time/payroll systems, and Tableau.
  • •Consult and guide employees, HR teams, and business managers on HR processes within defined SLAs.
  • •Participate in project teams for system updates and HRIS feature testing; oversee HR administration and contract preparation across multiple EMEA countries.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of relevant work experience managing HR data within a regional/global HR shared service or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • •Experience with Core Human Capital Management (HCM) data management, including systems such as Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and time/attendance systems.
  • •Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) with strong interpersonal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • •Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (or similar).
  • •Tech-savvy approach with the ability to navigate multiple connected HR platforms, case management systems, and data analytics tools.
