Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals, diagnose issues, and order parts using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs across complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation (work orders) and paperwork for daily work performed.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required while maintaining the service vehicle professionally.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment plus maintenance and repair experience for field service needs.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements for moving, standing, stooping, and bending.
