Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, implement, and execute procurement and tender strategies for major project packages.
  • •Lead the end-to-end procurement process (RFIs, RFPs, proposal evaluation, award recommendation, and contract finalization).
  • •Draft and negotiate contracts and coordinate commercial, technical, financial, and legal expertise while ensuring compliance with client governance.
  • •Maximize quality, price, and schedule value while minimizing risk, including oversight of critical milestones and contractual rights/obligations.
  • •Manage variations, claims, and contract correspondence; manage commercial relationships with contractors and present to stakeholders/governance bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant procurement management experience for US BESS and/or utility-scale solar PV projects.
  • •Proven track record negotiating and managing BESS supply agreements and related contracts, including BoP and/or O&M scopes.
  • •Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • •Structured, methodical approach to work and ability to lead negotiations and manage processes.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
