Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve operational excellence and full P&L accountability while ensuring brand compliance.
  • •Lead customer service standards and handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service.
  • •Drive sales growth by analyzing sales figures, identifying opportunities, and planning sales coverage based on trends.
  • •Deliver commercial and visual standards, including events and visual merchandising compliance with brand guidelines.
  • •Manage stock and compliance: enforce stock SOPs (receiving, cycle counting), execute audits/action plans, and ensure health & safety, maintenance, and staff training.
