Own store operations and P&L accountability while ensuring brand compliance and a team environment aligned to store financial and service goals. Lead by example in customer service, analyze sales performance to drive growth, and manage sales coverage and competitive insights. Deliver commercial/visual standards, oversee stock management (SOPs, receiving, cycle counting, replenishment), and ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance through audits and training. Recruit, develop, and manage staff with HR support.
