Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase services for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across concurrent programs.
  • •Develop and mentor project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
  • •Support recruiting and workforce growth initiatives as the practice expands.
  • •Strengthen relationships with municipal utilities, authorities, and public-sector clients.

Key Requirements

  • •PE license in NJ or NY required, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
  • •10–20+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience.
  • •Strong project management and leadership experience on complex infrastructure programs.
  • •Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Familiarity with NJDEP permitting, consent decree environments, and municipal capital programs preferred.
