Polymer Chemist/Plating Expert

Develop and optimize electroplating processes and electrochemical systems to improve coating quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency. Design, formulate, and characterize polymer-based materials, coatings, and surface treatments for advanced applications. Lead process development, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, including data collection and chemistry reporting focused on semiconductor integration. Identify new chemistry process classes, design test vehicle equipment, build internal chemistry capabilities, mentor junior chemists, and support customer understanding and technology transfer.
