Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or higher) or equivalent education/training and related work experience in Building Technology Systems design.
  • •10+ years designing high-end Building Technology Systems for architectural and electrical consulting, including healthcare projects.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory and project management capacity.
  • •Experience designing integrated intelligent building systems for smart buildings across various project types and sizes.
  • •Strong communication skills and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit (desired) and Microsoft Office; BICSI RCDD/CTS-D/CPP/PMP preferred.
