•Work closely with regional HR, Country HR, Finance, and the external payroll vendor to ensure data correctness and support internal/external audits when needed.
•Review payroll processes and procedures, implement changes while ensuring adequate controls are in place and followed.
•Ensure procedures are fully documented with proper checklists covering essential process steps.
•Recommend improvements and standardize payroll definitions across Europe.
•Interpret payroll data, analyze results using statistical techniques, maintain databases/data systems, and provide ongoing and monthly labour cost reporting gap updates between HR and Finance systems.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Specialist, or Analyst across multiple EMEA countries, managing end-to-end payroll cycles.
•Hands-on experience with payroll and HR software, including global payroll systems.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English and Romanian.
•Proficiency with additional languages and experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have).
