Job Summary

Analyze operational metrics and vendor performance to identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and actionable insights for strategic and tactical decisions. Build and maintain dashboards and scalable data infrastructure, define and govern key metrics (including vendor KPIs), and ensure data quality through validation. Partner with technical teams, vendors, and Lines of Business stakeholders to unify reporting practices and optimize vendor management and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics and vendor performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports with actionable insights.
•Translate findings into process and vendor management optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions.
•Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards.
•Define and maintain a governance framework for key metrics, including vendor KPIs, definitions, usage, ownership, and change management.
•Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational and vendor performance metrics using data validation and governance mechanisms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, statistics, vendor management, or related fields.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI/visualization tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
•Strong leadership reporting experience communicating complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring vendor performance, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
