Hatchery Manager

Direct hatchery operations to produce high-quality chicks by overseeing receipt of fertile eggs, traying, debeaking, vaccination, grading, and placement into growout. Manage production planning, budgeting, and cost control, while ensuring animal welfare, OSHA and D.O.T. compliance, and completion of quality assurance checks. Prepare performance reports and schedules, and coordinate with tech advisors, contract producers, and the breeder department.
