Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Technical Service Manager/Engineers/Executive and Target Market Managers on technical matters.
  • •Prepare samples and demo kits, and assist with product training, demos, and tests at site with applicators/contractors.
  • •Ensure product samples and packaging are properly prepared as requested by target market managers/sales teams.
  • •Maintain TSD working space (tools/materials), ensure signs/labels are properly displayed, and keep the area clean, tidy, and safe.
  • •Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean condition, calibrated, and properly recorded/labelled; comply with EHS and Sika Life Saving Rule, and report hazards.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 2,300 - 4,200 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •SPM or equivalent, or a Certificate of Competency from a local public or private higher institute of learning.
  • •Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • •Computer skills including Word and Excel spreadsheet applications.
  • •Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • •Travel when required, including travelling overseas.
