Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor market conditions, research risk and account factors, and make strategic territory and account decisions.
  • •Underwrite complex new and renewal surety business within delegated authority, including accepting/rejecting/modifying and pricing per guidelines.
  • •Manage underwriting workflow and complex assigned work to meet service level agreements, ensuring file quality and efficient processing.
  • •Lead agency business planning to deliver performance plans, maximize profit and pipeline, identify prospects, and recommend new agency appointments.
  • •Market products and consult with agents/brokers and internal partners to provide underwriting recommendations, develop business solutions, and improve retention and profitability.

Key Requirements
