Job Summary

Own development experience for an extreme co-design team building physics-based AI compute. Build and standardize development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, plus observability across the engineering stack. Lead 0-to-1 agentic dev knowledge management that extracts and persists developer context across hosts and agents to enable context-aware, AI-assisted coding workflows, while promoting engineering standardization and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, standardize, and maintain development and research environments for a software, physics, and silicon engineering team.
•Architect 0-to-1 systems for personal developer knowledge extraction and cross-host persistence for agent-assisted coding workflows.
•Own CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability across the engineering stack.
•Promote and enforce best engineering practices across multi-disciplinary pods to maintain high velocity and reliability.
•Establish robust observability and developer experience across heavy GPU compute workflows managed by an infrastructure pod.

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience (DevEx).

•Deep expertise in Linux/Unix, with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (K8s).
•Proven experience designing/managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying to major cloud environments (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
