Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, standardize, and maintain development and research environments for a software, physics, and silicon engineering team.
  • •Architect 0-to-1 systems for personal developer knowledge extraction and cross-host persistence for agent-assisted coding workflows.
  • •Own CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability across the engineering stack.
  • •Promote and enforce best engineering practices across multi-disciplinary pods to maintain high velocity and reliability.
  • •Establish robust observability and developer experience across heavy GPU compute workflows managed by an infrastructure pod.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience (DevEx).
  • •Strong programming proficiency in Python and advanced shell scripting (Bash) for automation.
  • •Deep expertise in Linux/Unix, with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (K8s).
  • •Proven experience designing/managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying to major cloud environments (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
