Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity levels.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance and complete maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Interface with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms, and use SPC to maintain process control.
  • •Conduct assigned quality control procedures and recognize conditions requiring escalation with clear communication.
  • •Ensure on-the-job training when requested, provide shift change communication, and maintain inventory, housekeeping, and timely waste disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Preference for an Associate’s degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (or substitutes such as warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection).
  • •Honorable military experience in an electrical, mechanical and/or chemical industrial application may substitute for direct manufacturing experience.
  • •Maintain safety-first mindset and have basic troubleshooting/problem-solving and math skills for SPC concepts.
