Job Summary

Own the full accounts receivable (AR) cycle, including end-to-end invoicing for usage-based, dual-currency billing across telecom and platform client structures. Track daily outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and produce AR aging and billed-vs-unbilled reports to support revenue recognition. Manage international payments and SWIFT documentation, run multi-currency bank reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with Finance, Commercial, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end invoicing for usage-based billing with dual-currency requirements.
•Track outstanding balances daily and follow up on overdue local and international accounts.
•Build AR aging reports, flag high-risk variances, and prepare billed vs. unbilled invoice reports for revenue recognition.
•Process and track international payments, including SWIFT copies, intermediary bank routing, and wire confirmations.
•Run monthly multi-currency bank reconciliations and support month-end close activities, including AP tasks and GL adjustments as needed.

Key Requirements

•Manage the full AR cycle with 3-5 years of AR experience, ideally in telecom or tech high-volume/data environments.
•Track usage-based billing and dual-currency requirements, including international/offshore exposure as a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized Lebanese university.
•Comfort with enterprise accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
•Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards) and experience with international wire documentation and SWIFT confirmations.
