Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a detailed design, solution architecture and proposal for a new system
  • •Review existing processes and document them accordingly
  • •Review and evaluate a software product according to specified procedures and ensure users' needs are determined and met
  • •Understand the goal of assigned projects, define design criteria and devise best solutions for clients
  • •Schedule and allocate all service resources required to implement solutions as designed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in backup solutions, preferably Veeam
  • •Experience in building design, solution architecture and proposals for complex systems
  • •Experience reviewing and evaluating software products to meet client needs and defining project design criteria
  • •Experience managing sales bid processes by responding to RFIs and RFPs; coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure solutions meet requirements
