Drive manufacturing efficiency by analyzing production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization. Key Requirements

•Degree in a STEM field, or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum years of relevant experience.
•5+ years of relevant experience (unless advanced degree) in a manufacturing context.
•U.S. Person eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status) as defined in the posting.
•Certification or practical knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
•Proficiency with DraftSight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
