Job Summary

Lead technical engagement for complex enterprise sales cycles across the Nordics & BeNeLux. Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to conduct customer discovery, assess pain points, and map business problems to Atlassian platforms and solutions. Provide trusted technical advisory in pre-sales, deliver tailored value-based demos, and guide customer technical needs to drive buy-in. •Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to conduct customer discovery and map customer business problems to Atlassian platforms and solutions.
•Identify additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion and investigate, discover, and assess client pain points.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor in the pre-sales process by articulating and demonstrating the value of Atlassian software.
•Lead tailored, value-based demonstrations and guide customer technical needs to gain buy-in on Atlassian’s fit.
•Forge strong partnerships with sales counterparts; track and document feedback and competitive intelligence, and advocate internally with product management.

•Proven experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity with strong communication and presentation skills.
•Professional fluency in English; additional regional language capability (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or French) is a strong plus.
•Experience working with the Nordics & BeNeLux market and a customer-centric mindset.
•Creative problem solver who can interpret complex business problems and deliver value-based solutions in both business and technical contexts.
•Track record building executive relationships and rallying internal teams to collaborate and meet customer needs.
