Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of the B2B lead engine roadmap from demand capture through qualified Sales handoff.
  • •Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify where the pipeline leaks and prioritise fixes that matter for conversion and revenue.
  • •Improve qualification, prioritisation, routing, and activation of known demand using customer, account, and behavioural context.
  • •Use CRO, experimentation, and customer insight to improve how B2B visitors discover, engage with, and express demand on Canva’s web experiences.
  • •Manage projects end to end (scoping, build, launch, measurement, and iteration) and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience as a Product Manager working on B2B or SaaS products, ideally across the leads funnel (lead scoring, enrichment, routing, or sales-facing tooling).
  • •Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams and understanding how marketing and sales systems fit together (CRM, marketing automation, lead management tools).
  • •Experience delivering customer-facing web improvements using conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experimentation, and customer insight.
  • •Comfort with data (qualitative and quantitative) to self-serve, dig into numbers, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • •Strong communication, prioritisation, and product judgement to deliver while making sound trade-offs; bias to action and self-sufficiency.
