  • •Identify new investor segments, geographies, and capital sources
  • •Serve as primary relationship lead for key LPs and prospective investors

  • •Partner with investment and asset management teams to align capital raising with deal pipeline

  • •Contribute to firm-wide leadership decisions as a member of the General Partner group
  • •Participate in investment committees and strategic planning forums
  • •Mentor junior capital markets and investor relations professionals
