Field Service Engineer (Customer Egineer) on site

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade Applied Materials’ industrial semiconductor and display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, and coordinate closely with customers for smooth operations. Work independently on-site in Catania, partnering with senior field service engineers for installations and complex escalations.
