Job Summary

Carry out civil engineering inspections across AD Ports construction projects, reviewing civil plans and method statements through the MEPS system and preparing daily/weekly tracker logs. Conduct daily site inspections across industrial areas including Developers’ Services Hub, ICAD, Khalifa Port, and Zayed Port. Advise contractors and consultants on OSHAD civil requirements, monitor civil performance, support internal inspections/audits and training, and investigate accident cases to produce investigation reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Review civil plans and method statements and civil received through the MEPS system.
•Prepare daily and weekly tracker logs.
•Conduct daily site civil inspections across industrial under-construction projects (Developers’ Services Hub, ICAD, Khalifa Port, Zayed Port).
•Advise contractors and consultants on company/OSHAD civil requirements to ensure compliance with site-specific civil requirements.
•Monitor civil performance, develop civil culture, conduct internal civil/quality inspections and audits, and coordinate accident investigations to prepare final reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Civil Engineer.
•5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a Civil Engineer professional.
•OSHAD OSH certificate.
•IMS awareness for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
•Internal audit knowledge for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007 (including IOSH Managing Safety and OSHA Construction Safety).
