Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary marketing partner to enterprise sales leadership and sellers, creating deal-moving content (pitch decks, solution briefs, ROI models, objection handling, battle cards).
  • •Translate dealer and rooftop product messaging into enterprise narratives grounded in group economics, and build executive-level presentations and business cases validated with Finance.
  • •Own enterprise content lifecycle in Seismic and Axle, including tagging taxonomy, governance, versioning, retirement, and publishing gates.
  • •Own seller adoption by defining behavior and friction points, and reporting quarterly outcomes (content usage in live deals, adoption depth, support cycle time, pipeline/win influence).
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Marketing, field leadership, and Finance to secure input early and continuously feed field feedback back into positioning and content priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 6 years of B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic consulting (or equivalent combinations).
  • •Ability to translate complex, multi-product capability into clear business value for executive buyers (with writing samples or deliverables).
  • •Proven experience supporting an enterprise sales organization with content and real-time deal support, with evidence of adoption.
  • •Experience owning a content library or enablement platform (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, or equivalent), including taxonomy, governance, and retiring content.
  • •Active, strategic use of AI tools for content creation, competitive research, RFP drafting, and personalization at scale.
