Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • •Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs using relationship reviews, CRM data, and client meetings, and capture goals in a financial plan.
  • •Prepare and deliver client presentations using consultative review and proactive, regular contact.
  • •Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding existing relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business growth.
  • •Maintain a disciplined prospecting approach, leveraging internal and external referrals to manage a prospect pipeline.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required).
  • •7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
  • •FINRA License S7 and associated FINRA licenses (S66 preferred or S63 and S65 preferred).
  • •Ability to advise with expert knowledge of investments, trust, and credit, plus financial wealth management products and services.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated client advisory skills.
