Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
  • •Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for fill weight, seals, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
  • •Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration; stop and report serious deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • •Assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities while maintaining housekeeping.
