Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead retail stores to a world-class position by focusing on People, Product, Premises, Processes, and Profit.
  • •Maximize sales and profitability across the store portfolio while managing and controlling retail OPEX within the budget.
  • •Conduct store visits to develop and follow up on practical action plans and drive performance improvements.
  • •Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store teams, including succession planning and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with global retail standards for retail marketing, visual merchandising, sales academy, health & safety, and related store activities while monitoring KPIs and reporting progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably 4+ years of managerial experience in retail operations.
  • •Strong leadership/influencing and excellent communication skills.
  • •Advanced numeracy and business acumen.
  • •University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced English and Filipino.
