Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Support flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations as specified.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
