Job Summary

Lead the UX team within the Efficient Service Tribe, shaping fast, seamless, and efficient support experiences for Delivery Hero’s global ecosystem. Own the user experience across three key domains, mentoring ~5 designers across 7 squads (primarily Berlin and Singapore). Drive design strategy and delivery across discovery through validation, and guide the organization’s responsible integration of AI and automation into agent workflows while setting UX KPIs and OKRs.

•Lead and grow a team of product designers, driving design strategy and product vision across three core domains in partnership with cross-functional leadership.
•Oversee design execution across discovery, solutioning, prototyping, validation, and delivery to ensure consistent quality, usability, and visual polish for agent-facing platforms.
•Guide how the design organization adapts to a rapidly changing AI landscape, defining best practices for responsibly integrating AI-powered features and automation into agent workflows.
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Service Productline and global teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum.
•Own and drive Product KPIs and OKRs related to user experience and inspire innovation around simplicity, accessibility, and long-term value.
