Direct and develop a team of brand associates to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience. Partner with store leadership to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection—while ensuring compliance with company standards. Coach staff to meet productivity goals, supervise floor coverage including openings/closings, support financial and operational objectives (including loss prevention and audits), and maintain visual merchandising directives through leadership training and DOR rotations.
