Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver a high-quality client experience, educate customers on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support sales efforts through outbound calls and lead/referral to branch specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, risk management, and leadership routines.
