Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis and support project baseline creation during initiation and setup.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for marine oil and gas installation work (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD).
  • •Produce workforce histograms plus progress and quantity curves tied to the schedules.
  • •Maintain and review engineering through commissioning sequences to control critical path and overall project durations.
  • •Identify schedule delays, analyze changes/variances, and expedite recovery actions as needed while mentoring junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management (or equivalent technical training/experience).
  • •7-10 years of EPCIC experience on onshore or offshore Oil & Gas or Power Generation projects.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for curves, histograms, dynamic tables, and formulas.
  • •Ability to produce and assess logically linked multidisciplinary activity schedules using precedence flow planning and best practices.
