Key Responsibilities

•Ensure bays are clean and ready for guests.
•Greet guests promptly and engage with them throughout their visit to make Topgolf experiences memorable.
•Assist guests with understanding the game, including safety rules, bay features, and game demos.
•Provide food and beverages, suggest premium menu items to enhance the experience and maximize revenue, and handle cash/credit cards efficiently.
•Follow health and safety and responsible alcohol service requirements, report hazards, and attend daily pre-shift and department meetings.

Key Requirements

•Adhere to service standards including timeliness, quality, accuracy, and sanitation.
•Demonstrate and apply Topgolf Mission, Vision, Core Values and the 4 Service Targets when serving internal and external customers.
•Maintain health and safety procedures to prevent accidents or injury, and report hazards or potential hazards immediately.
•Observe responsible alcohol service rules to protect guests and the community.
•Comply with wasl DG information security policies and procedures, including reporting any security breaches or incidents to the IT Service Desk.
