Job Summary

Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery to maintain product flow and ensure comprehensive product quality. Use computer screens, HMI functionality, and tablet/laptop systems to support OEE, interpret line data, and make adjustments as needed. Perform line inspections and reports, maintain clean work areas and equipment, and assist with line changeovers in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

•Operate and monitor high-speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
•Maintain product flow and ensure comprehensive product quality.
•Support OEE on the line by interpreting data and making adjustments as needed.
•Complete line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.
•Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment, and assist with line changeover.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
•Familiarity with PLC controllers and touch screen devices (Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices).
•Ability to complete forklift certification, as applicable.
