Job Summary

Support the execution of integrated seasonal marketing initiatives across campaign activation, PR coordination, and trend-based insights. Assist with planning and on-site operations for brand events and seasonal activations, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors, and help manage influencer and PR logistics. Research fashion, Gen Z culture, and digital platform trends, monitor competitor activity and social channels, and provide organized reporting to inform marketing planning and ideation.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal activations, pop-ups, and on-site brand event operations.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors, tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables to support campaign rollout.
•Support PR and influencer activities, including sample coordination, media/influencer seeding, event logistics, and influencer logistics tracking.
•Research and compile trend reports on fashion, Gen Z culture, and digital platforms; monitor competitors, product launches, and emerging social content.
•Provide cross-functional and operational support, including communication with partners and preparation of meeting notes and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or related fields (internship included).
•Strong interest in fashion/luxury/digital marketing and Gen Z culture.
•Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok preferred).
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with native Korean and workable English communication skills.
