Job Summary

Seeking an Operations Consultant to support Sephora’s Calgary store operations. You will assist in stockroom organization, merchandising, POS training, inventory control, and customer service during store hours, ensuring safety and presentation standards while collaborating with the Operations Supervisor and store leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
•Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and support Sephora merchandising concepts.
•Perform shipment receipt and processing; organize and maintain stockroom per standards; process transfers, damages and testers.
•Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies and inventory controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
•High School graduate or equivalent.
•Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
