Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of allocated category innovation pipeline projects through formulation development aligned to QbD and GMP.
  • •Deliver formulation feasibility through factory scale-up for agreed projects with the R&D matrix organization.
  • •Provide technical support for medicine and medical device license applications by authoring dossiers and technical files.
  • •Work with 3rd-party EMOs on external development opportunities and in-licensing.
  • •Respond to changes in project priorities and needs, communicating risks and project impacts to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (preferably in a Science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-based subject).
  • •Experience delivering development projects within OTC Healthcare.

  • •Communication and influencing skills; able to build strong networks across a matrix organisation.
