Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily maintenance and asset management to ensure the distillation refinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • •Own maintenance scheduling and weekly work planning, including PM tasks, corrective measures, and resource/manpower allocation.
  • •Ensure QHSE compliance for all maintenance personnel and foster a safety culture during maintenance activities while supporting plant cleanliness.
  • •Implement reliability tools and programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, lubrication, laser alignment) and oversee timely equipment repairs and troubleshooting support.
  • •Manage outside contractors during shutdowns, control MRO inventory and maintenance OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and develop/implement capital projects while sharing best practices across plants via KPI reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (preferred).
  • •Preference for experience working in a PSM (process safety management) environment.
  • •Hands-on, results-oriented leadership with experience working effectively in a team environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate and understand computer-controlled process equipment and programs used in process control.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, including knowledge of production documentation systems and production control.
