Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a data-driven startup events playbook focused on landing and growing usage in top Seed–Series B companies.
  • •Own the founder funnel via founder events, hackathons, executive/founder roundtables, and community activations to drive meaningful startup success.
  • •Build and manage relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startup partners to reach portfolio founders through growth programs and co-hosted moments.
  • •Orchestrate programs end to end—from ideation and promotion to onsite experience and follow-up—while keeping execution scrappy and high-signal.
  • •Partner with Events, Growth, PMM, and Field Engineering to integrate founder automation experiences and feed real-time community insights back to Product and Marketing.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •4–7+ years in field, community, event, growth, or revenue marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
  • •Experience building startup/community programs and understanding founders and early-stage engineering teams and how they buy and build.
  • •Ability to build a program from scratch and continuously optimize it using data and outcomes.
  • •Strong community instincts: create experiences that feel authentic to founders rather than vendor-style promotion.
  • •Ability to communicate credibly and effectively in founder-heavy, technical environments.
