Assistant Production Manager

Supervise and coordinate one operating department for three months as part of the Production Management Trainee program. Plan short- and long-term activity, build department production schedules, and drive efficiency and quality standards. Identify and resolve problems and improvement opportunities, support inventory and costing understanding, and help ensure operations follow UFP policies, applicable laws, and OSHA safety practices while developing plant-wide operational knowledge.
