Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers and the Box Consulting team to define and build complex solutions that drive customer satisfaction and adoption of Box products and platforms.
  • •Advise enterprises on application design (e.g., document vaults) and on integrating Box into customer systems such as CRM.
  • •Lead pre-sales scoping and delivery of repeatable technical solutions, including developing project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements.
  • •Architect and facilitate solution design conversations, handling in-depth technical questions during meetings and sales calls.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to execute GTM strategy and support bookings target attainment.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in architecture/system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, scale and rate limits).
